About Me

My name is Miles Clements, and I’m a 2015 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BA in Multimedia Journalism. I work in the banking industry, but I still love writing when I find time.

I worked at the Lawton Constitution in 2014 as a general assignment reporter, entertainment writer and photographer. My Constitution bylines are located under the ‘Lawton Constitution’ tab.

I wrote and edited for the Daily O’Collegian working as an entertainment, news and features writer during my years at Oklahoma State. My sophomore year I created a column titled “Theater Talk,” where I reviewed and discussed popular films. We started a weekend edition at the beginning of my senior year, and I was able to write a lot more entertainment news.

I didn’t only write entertainment. I’ve worked on many writing styles including features, news, opinion and sports. After my first year at OSU, I found it would be highly beneficial to take pictures while covering stories, and it’s become another passion of mine. At OSU, the Communications school requires electronic advancement classes. In these classes I learned several computer editing programs including Final Cut, GarageBand, Soundslides, iMovie, Photoshop and others.
